The club is conducting an on-line survey seeking the opinions of locals on the need for a Community Hub on the GAA premises to provide services of social; medical and recreational need across all age-groups. We believe that our club should not only be an outlet for Gaelic games and culture but can be a centre for community need. We want to establish how great that demand is before we commit ourselves to providing the space to accommodate these services. If you wish to take part log onto www.desertmartingac facebook and click on Desertmartin Community Services Survey. All contributors will remain anonymous.
A representative from the Ulster GAA Council will visit the club on Tuesday 20th February to conduct a workshop on Tackling Bullying. It is important that all team coaches attend.
Due to dog fouling on the lower pitch it is vital that users of the field close all gates before they leave the premises.
