Julie Forbes is researching for a documentary for the BBC, which will be a celebration of the Pope and look to his anticipated visit later in the year. I am looking for people who might be interested in taking part or hearing more about the project. I am hoping that you might be able to get the word out to your parishoners and hopefully find some people interested in having an initial chat with me?
Below are the questions to give you an idea of the people we are looking for.
– Do you have a beloved picture of the Pope on the wall?
– Did you attend the Pope’s visit to Ireland in 1979?
– Perhaps you’ve made the pilgrimage to Rome to attend an open air mass?
– Does the Pope (current or previous) mean something to you? Do you have a story to tell? Tel: 07811 281 663 (Julie Forbes)
