Knocknagin Primary School is holding ‘A Step Back In Time’ on Friday 20th April from 9.30 am to 11.30am as part of our celebration for All Ages April. This will be an opportunity for members of all generations to get together to share stories and experiences with our children. If you know someone who would be interested in taking part, especially older members of the community, please let the school know. There will be refreshments available.

A Day of Reflection, exploring the theme ‘The Gospel of the Family – Joy for the World’, hosted by American Catholic evangelist, author and biblical scholar, Jeff Cavins, will be held on Saturday 21st April in Our Lady and St Patrick’s College, 120 Gilnahirk Road, Knock, Belfast BT5 7DL. Starting time 10.30 am, doors open at 9.30 am. Opening Prayer will be led by the internationally renowned The Priests. Jeff Cavins will then lead participants in journeying with the Scriptures, reflecting on God’s plan for each of our families and our parish families. There will be facilitated workshops, looking at how we share our faith with our family members and how to bring Scripture alive for children. There will also be Question and Answer sessions. This Day may be of particular interest to members of Parish Pastoral Councils and anyone interested in leading or promoting faith-development in parishes.

Run DC 10k / 5k / walk. Sunday 22nd April, 11am, Backrow Sports Hall. Registration on the morning from 9am to 10:30am. Chip timed course for runners. All proceeds to DCFC youth.
