Desertmartin PTAA: Annual Pioneer Mass and Presentation is on Wednesday 23rd May 2018 in St Mary’s Church, Coolcalm at 7.30 pm. Pioneer pins available for Over 18’s who wishes join or move up from Young Pioneers. Members can also replace lost pins or update their pin to a Silver, Gold or Diamond. All orders should be given to Kathleen Walls by end of next week.

SINGERS REQUIRED – If you sing in a church choir and would like to become a member of a diocesan choir for the World Meeting of Families, please contact Sr Perpetua on 028 7135 1233 or email thornhillministries@derrydiocese.org, no later than Wednesday 16 May. A balance of SATB (soprano, alto, tenor, bass) singers is required.

Bee Project will Fund a 2-hour Sewing class from 7pm. to 9pm on Friday 18th May in the Parish Hall.
They will also fund a 3-hour Craft session on Wednesday 30th May from 7 pm to 10 pm in the Parish Hall. Both classes are open for anyone who has completed one programme with the Bee Project.

Gaeltacht Scholarships
Colaiste na bhFiann in partnership with Foras na Gaelige are offering scholarships worth £320 to 11 – 14 Year olds who wish to attend an Irish language course in Gaoth Dobhair in July this year. The club offers its deepest sympathy to the Shields family of Annagh on the death of Matt former player from the 1953 Senior Championship winning team who was uncle to club cultural officer Shay Shields.

Congratulations to our U12 team that won the Paddy Cullen Memorial Plate hosted by Fr. Rocks GAA Cookstown last weekend.
