BLESSED JOHN SULLIVAN S.J. during the 7.30 pm Mass in St Columba’s Church, Straw, on Friday July 28, Fr Madden will bless a new image of Blessed John Sullivan S.J.. This date is also the 110th anniversary of his ordination as a Jesuit priest in 1907 at Milltown Park, Dublin, by Archbishop William Walsh. Following his beatification on 13 May 2017 in Saint Francis Xavier Church, Upper Gardiner Street, Dublin, we are encouraged to invoke his intercession.

Workspace Recreation Centre Ladies advanced exercise classes with Nuala will commence on Wednesday 26th July – Wednesday 30th August. Every Monday and Wednesday from 8-9pm. £27.50 for the 6 week programme.
Nuala’s ladies only beginners exercise classes will commence on Thursday 27th July – Thursday 31st August, 7-8pm each Thursday. £15 for the 6 week programme.
Early morning classes with Nuala will commence on Friday 28th July – Friday 1st September. Classes will take place every Monday & Friday morning from 6-15am – 7am. Open to both males & females. £27.50 for the 6 week programme.
Male’s only exercise classes with Joseph Cairns will commence on Tuesday 25th July – Thursday 31st August. Every Tuesday& Thursday from 8-9 pm. £30 for the 6 week programme. Spaces for all classes are limited and are only secured when full payment has been made into the Workspace office.
St Mary Hall Desertmartin:
Social Dancing Class continues in the Parish Hall Desertmartin every Tuesday night from 8 pm to 10 pm. Admission £4. Everyone welcome.

A six week programme funded by the Public Health Agency on Mental and Emotional Well-Being and Suicide Prevention will commence in the Parish Hall on Monday 24th July from 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
