DRAW to promote Temperance in Ireland and in the Developing World: Organised by the PTAA, this draw starts in mid-November 2017, subscription £6.50 per month for six months, (or £38 if paid in advance).  The prizes each month are: 1st €1,000; 2nd €400; 3rd €200, 4th €100.  To enter, contact Robert Glackin (tel: 71341647), Andrew Doherty (tel: 7135 2285), Danny Gorman (tel: 71352725) or Kathleen Chambers (tel: 71347833) no later than Monday 6th November.

The Cornstore Youth Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Monday 6th November 2017 at 4.00pm.  Everyone welcome.

PROJECT SANTA & Specialist’s Secret Christmas Wonderland – Charity Christmas Event. On Sunday 3rd December, Specialist Joinery Group are allowing access to their Maghera Headquarters to view the new Global Innovation Centre that they have delivered for Santa.
Ticket includes; Santa Visit, Gift for Children, Visit to the Project Santa Exhibition, Access to Specialist’s Indoor Christmas Wonderland including fairground attractions, meal voucher for indoor food fayre by Arbutus Limited Tickets are available via Eventbrite website and cost £17.50 per person (Children under 2 years free of charge).  All proceeds raised will be donated to charity.

Scor Na nOg is taking place on weekend 18th/19th November.  Participants must be seventeen years old or younger.  Events include Irish dance, solo singing, instrumental music, ballad group and recitation.  Those wishing to take part please contact Shea Shiels 07796135759.     

The club is participating in the G.A.A National Club draw.  Central Council provide the prizes while the club retains the proceeds of all tickets sold.  The prizes are impressive ranging from a new car to a travel voucher worth €2,000;  All Ireland weekend packages and lucrative shopping vouchers.  Club members will be calling at homes within the parish over the coming weeks.  We ask everyone to give this fundraiser your full support.  Tickets £10 each.
