Tirgan Hall: Monday 30th April – Hand Massage Therapy class 7 pm – 9 pm and 6 week Sewing class 10 am – 12 noon, machines will be provided. Friday 4th May – Fundraiser for Lourdes. Keep Saturday 30th June free for a Health Fair and Fun Day for kids with bouncy castles, face painting, balloon modelling, etc. Finish off the day with dancing. Music by Gregory Donaghy.

Thornhill Ministries, Thornhill House, 121 Culmore Road, Derry:
Celebration of Friendship: Thornhill House is hosting a few hours on Monday 14th May, where friends can come together to give gratitude for friendships shared. Arrival time is 11.30 am for 12 noon. Gratitude Prayer and Celebration Lunch. Cost is £20. Pre-booking essential.
May Day Retreat – “The Seed and the Soil (III)”: Fr. Paschal McDonnell OFM leads this Retreat Day, helping us embrace our truth. We hold, with reverence, our family and other relationships in the context of seeking integration. The day will include a Celebration of Eucharist. Date: Tuesday 1st May. Time: 9.45 am to 2.30 pm. Suggested Offering is £20.

Our Over 60s & Carers’ Groups meet again from 1 pm – 3 pm on Thursday 26th April in Unit B1 (STEPS) at the front of Workspace. This session will be facilitated by Siobhan from Ulster Bank who will advise on alternative ways to bank with the imminent closure of their Draperstown branch. Sarsfield Accordion Band: Band practice continues every Thursday 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm. New Members are always welcome to come along and bring a friend to try an instrument.

Irish Language Day A day of fun and games for P5, P6 and P7 will take place in the Gaelic Centre on Saturday 5th May, 10.00am – 2.00pm. Admission £2 per child and children should bring a packed lunch. Everyone welcome and do not worry if you don’t know any Irish. Lots of competitions and prizes on the day.
